C R Clarke Profile Router and Carbide Slot Drill

The C R Clarke 145 profile router is specially designed for the trimming of mouldings up to a thickness of 3mm.

The 145 consists of a standard two-pole electric motor mounted under the work table. The motor is fitted with an adaptor that accepts a 3.18mm carbide slot drill. The cutter is covered by a spring-loaded guard, which also acts as a material clamp and a guide. The fence can be moved to trim mouldings either with or without a flange.

• Combined adjustable and robust fence / guard for trimming fine details with or without flanges up to 3mm (1/8in.) without changing tooling

• Swarf collection duct for connection to an existing extraction unit (not essential to operation)

• Foot switch operated for safety, leaving both hands free to control the work during cutting
