This LH-ALST 100K-1-FI heavy duty swivel castor and wheel from Blickle features a Ø 100mm wheel manufactured with a pressed steel swivel castor, top plate fitting and "stop-fix" brake.
The bracket is made of heavy pressed steel with a heavy fork and top plate, along with a strong bolted and secured central kingpin. There is also a double ball bearing in the swivel head. It is reinforced by four specially shaped and hardened bearing seats, resulting in a high resistance to shock and impact loads, while equipped with a bolted wheel axle - zinc-plated, blue-passivated and Cr6-free.
The wheel tyre and running tread is manufactured with high-quality, reaction-injected polyurethane-elastomer Blickle Softhane®, offering very high operational comfort (via the thick elastic tread), low-noise operation, low rolling resistance, very good floor preservation, very high abrasion resistance, high cut and tear propagation resistance and excellent chemical connection to the wheel centre.
The tread colour is green, while the rim/wheel centre is made of die-cast aluminium.
