BD4728G-TR Rohm Voltage Detector Reset IC 2.8V

This surface mounting reset IC is designed to detect a power supply voltage of 2.8V and, when detected, output a reset signal. Functionally, the device prevents system errors at transient stated when the power of CPU or logic circuits switch On/Off or during momentary shut downs. The ultra-compact size and low current consumption make this IC ideal for portable equipment and are suitable for all electronic devices that use microcontrollers and logic circuits.
