The 2-in-1 Infrared Thermometer with Penetration Probe is easy to use and combines an infrared thermometer for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures. The Infrared Thermometer also has a stainless steel folding penetration probe for core temperature measurements. This combination is ideal for hygiene temperature measuring in food preparation and food service applications.
