Allegro A1120EUA-T Hall Effect Unipolar Switch 3-24V 25mA 25G to 35G 3 Pin SIP

This Hall effect unipolar switch is a precision, chopper-stabilised device that is extremely temperature-stable and designed to be highly resistant to physical stress. The IC includes a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, small-signal amplifier and Schmitt trigger. The on-board regulator enables operation over a wide supply voltage range, including 3V applications. A South pole of sufficient strength enables the output, whilst removing the magnetic field disables the output.
