11 September 2015 Question by: Rapid Customer | Product code: 18-0128
Q. Can you please tell me the layout of the batteries. Are all the batteries side by side or are they arranged with two lengthways? I am looking for a box that is arranged with two lengthways and the other arrangement will not do the job I need.
A. Hi Chris, thank you for your question. This holder has four sets of two batteries in series to give an output of 12V (with standard non-chargeable AA cells).

03 September 2013 Question by: Rapid Customer | Product code: 18-0128
Q. Please could you tell me the maximum current that this is rated to carry.
A. Hi Darren. Thank you for your question. There is no specific rating quoted by the manufacturer, however as this is designed to connect to a standard PP3 clip we would not recommend drawing more than 150-200mA. These holders are designed to last longer rather than draw more current.

26 December 2011 Question by: Rapid Customer | Product code: 18-0128
Q. Please can you suggest a flying lead for this item which has the appropriate connection. Thanks.
A. Thanks for your enquiry Graham. Wires would simply be soldered to the terminals for this unit , as this is what they are designed for.
