Scotch-Weld™ DP8805NS is the standard low-odour two-part acrylic adhesive from 3M™. This non-sag toughened adhesive is ideal for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications as it reaches structural strength twice as quickly as most other acrylic adhesives with a comparable open time.
With a 10:1 mix ratio and a 4-minute work life there is adequate time to position substrates prior to adhesion. Once fully cured DP8805NS will reach 1,000psi of overlap shear strength within about 9 minutes - half the time of similar adhesives.
