Application is easy and safe: For heating insert the Gel-Pad flat for about one minute at 650 watts in the microwave and knead it through, so that the heat evenly distributed. The gel filling is both safe and non-toxic - for children and adults. Caution: Do not use damaged heat bottles. Application: Approximately one minute at 650 watts in the microwave to heat up.
