This 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope from the Tektronix TBS2000 series offers a 9-inch WVGA display, 20 million point record length and a 1GS/s sample rate to enable you to capture and display more of the signal and evaluate designs more effectively.

The TBS2000 series is designed for easy operation and hands-on learning with dedicated controls to provide quick access to important settings, so you can evaluate signals faster. Unlike many other oscilloscopes the TBS2000 series gives 10 vertical and 15 horizontal divisions so you get to see more of the signal.

The display also offers more room for measurement results and menu information.
