Buy Electrolube Reflow Flux Oven Cleaner - a specially formulated micro-emulsion for cleaning reflow ovens and wave solder machines. The cleaner removes all types of flux residues and is also suitable for many general degreasing applications.

Regular useage of this cleaner helps to prevent build up of condensed flux residues in reflow ovens and wave solder machines. This helps to maintain the efficient running of the equipment and avoids contaminating 'fresh' PCBs with precipitated residues. The cleaner contains inhibitors to prevent corrosion to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and is compatible with most plastics.

Reflow Flux Oven Cleaner is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid in a spray trigger bottle for easy application. It can be used at temperatures between 20 and 50°C. Performance will be optimised by spraying onto a warm oven, at around 40°C, and leaving for a few minutes to soften the residues, which can then be wiped off. Electrolube ROC Reflow Oven Cleaner is non-flammable, so the oven can be switched on immediately after cleaning without worrying about solvent vapours reaching their flash point.
