The Di-Log Digital Loop / PSC with RCD -LOC 8978 is able to loop test without tripping out any type of RCD. The unique 5mA test current means the unit will not overheat. The 8978 is the fastest non trip loop tester on the market. The resistance of the individual conductors can be measured with a single press of the test button, enabling R1 and R2 values to be established on live circuits.

The 8978 meets all the safety and performance requirements of BS EN 61557Along with comprehensive features this insulation tester also provides user friendly operation. Its single rotary dial enables simple function selection while the LCD backlit display makes sure your data is clearly visible in even the most dimly lit conditions.
