This kit contains many of the components required to build a Micro Class drone for the Airgineers competition. It also makes an excellent design project for anyone wanting to build their own micro-drone from scratch.
You just need to design and make the chassis.
This can be done using 3D printing, laser cutting or many other techniques. CAD files for a basic chassis are available to download from www.airgineers.co.uk to help you get started.
Pretty much everything else you'll need is included, including five batteries allowing you to maximise your flying time.
In a school environment, the component kit is a cost-effective choice for more students building their own drone, since they can share transmitters..
The kit includes:
1x 70-1172 set of 4 propellers (2 clockwise, 2 anti-clockwise)
