Q. what is the difference between this model and the discreet one?

A. Hi Eyal, thank you for your question. 70-4316 is supplied without a heat sink and is in complete kit form to be built, 70-4472 is supplied with the heat sink and is pre-built and ready to be used and set up. The kit is exactly the same with regards to power and circuit.
