The sockets in this set are designed such that the torque is applied to the flats of the nut or bolt rather than to its corners. This ensures higher power transmission, plus the edges of the nut are undamaged, especially when high torque is applied.

The sockets are made from Chromium-vanadium steel and are easily removed from the ratchet handle by means of a push button.
