Megger 1001-941 MIT525-EU Insulation Measuring Device

The Megger MIT515 DC insulation tester offers preconfigured diagnostic tests including Insulation Resistance (IR), Polarization Index (PI), Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) , Dielectric Discharge (DD), Step Voltage (SV) and ramp test. Ease and speed of use are key points of this instrument. It runs from from rapid charge batteries; a 30min charge will give >60mins run time. Alternatively it will run from a mains supply. It has a large, clear LCD with digital readings and a simulated analog pointer making it easier to observe a circuit's dynamic behaviour. It has enough onboard memory to log data every 5s for 5.5h (with timestamps) and the ability to stream live data or download data to a PC/ laptop via isolated USB. Supplied with a power lead, USB cable, PowerDB Lite software, product information CD and 3 x 3m leadset with medium insulated clips.

As a lower cost alternative, the MIT515 (55-5545) has less test modes and no memory or PC interface.
