This liquid level sensor is designed to detect high and low liquid levels from its vertically mounted position at the top or bottom of the tank. The sensor has a float mounted magnet that operates a reed switch, giving a reliable method of liquid level monitoring. Suitable for continuous immersion in 80°C water and ideal for applications such as condensate level alarm, drinking water levels, cooling systems, etc.

Q. Sorry for asking something so basic, but I'm sure it must be relatively straight forward to cobble something together??? I have an RO system that produces water. The water pipes into a 25L jerrican. What I would like to do is set up an automated mechanism to divert the water to a separate t-piece outlet when one jerrican fills so that the water goes into a second container. Hope that makes sense, really appreciate any advice. Realise this isn't exactly what your 'submit a question' section is for, but here's to hoping. Thanks, Darren
A. Thanks for your enquiry Darren. Something like the 61-1360 or a 61-1300 would be a suitable sensor to detect that the jerry can is full. This could either activate a pump or diversion process that would be activated by the sensor.
