LOCTITE 403 is a medium viscosity, low odour, low blooming alkoxyethyl-based instant adhesive which is particularly suitable for applications where vapour control is difficult. It provides rapid bonding of a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers and is particularly suitable for bonding porous or absorbent materials.
