General purpose Darlington transistor single channel photocoupler from Kingbright housed in a standard DIP package and offering high isolation. Each channel contains two GaAs LEDs and an NPN silicon phototransistor. Typical applications include computer terminals, registers, copiers, vending machines and measuring instruments.
