Q. I bought two with the intention of operating them with a PP7 9v battery, When I connect the battery they just click. If I dropped a clanger and bought the wrong ones please suggest a correct buzzer

Hi Will, thanks for your question.

This is a Piezo transducer and so requires a drive circuit to operate. It is not therefore a buzzer. We recommend the following as a suitable buzzer: 35-0048.
