Allegro A4950ELJTR-T Motor Driver Full Bridge 8-40V 3.5A SOIC8

The A4950ELJTR-T is a DMOS-based full-bridge motor driver that is designed for the PWM control of DC motors. The driver is capable of peak output currents to ± 3.5A and operating voltages up to 40V. The speed and direction of motors can be controlled by externally applied PWM control signals via the input terminals and internal synchronous rectification control circuitry lowers power dissipation during PWM operation.
