Adafruit 2298 PiTFT+ 2.8" 320x240 TFT Touch Display Raspberry Pi 2 & 3

The PiTFT Plus is a 320 x 240 2.8in touchscreen TFT that has been designed for use with the Raspberry Pi 2 and models A+ and B+. The 16-bit colour pixels and resistive touch overlay make this display a valuable addition to any Rapberry Pi project, where it can be used as a console, X window port, displaying images or video etc.

A custom kernel package based of off Notro's awesome framebuffer work has been created, so that it can be installed over existing Raspbian (or derivative) images using just a few commands.
