The ABUS AZWG10000 Profiline GSM-Interface II transmits the alarm messages via SMS, control panel protocol or voice announcement via the mobile wireless network. For transmitting a voice message, there is a separate speech module.
This well designed interface can save up to eight message recipients, while in the event of an alarm or a fault, the GSM interface transmits the information that you predefined. It has four alarm inputs (NO/NC), though you can assign a particular event to each of these inputs (break-in, fire, medical emergency, system fault, etc.).
In combination with a speech module (AZWG10100), you can use the GSM interface to record and transmit up to 4 voice texts with a duration of 10 seconds each. In addition to the 4 alarm inputs, the GSM interface also has 4 switching outputs: One relay output and 3 transistor outputs.
All of the outputs are switched, either when the inputs are activated or when a predefined SMS is sent. In this way, you control the illumination, heating, and other devices remotely and conveniently via SMS. The GSM interface settings are done via software on the PC.
This superb interface is a full-fledged substitute for analog dialling devices and also has an analog connection - this way, you can make calls via the GSM mobile wireless network using your conventional telephone. Depending on the SIM card that you use in the GSM interface and the reception, its performance will vary. The respective GSM field strength is displayed for you via LEDs.
