This Servo Module is a bigger version of the micro servo module. A high quality servo module with the standard TinkerKit 3-pin connector to be plugged in the Sensor Shield. Features 360° rotation angle, 3.3kg/cm torque, 0.17sec/60° speed and 44g weight. Servos are composed of an electric motor mechanically linked to a potentiometer. Arduino controls the Servo using the Servo Library. The electronics inside the servo translate the width of the pulse into a position. When the servo is commanded to rotate, the motor is powered until the potentiometer reaches the value corresponding to the commanded position.

Q. what is the maximum voltage the servo can operate at?
A. Hi Christine, thank you for your question. The manufacturer does not state a minimum or maximum working voltage. It only states the optimum working is set at 5V.

A. Hi Julian. Thank you for your question. The gearing is made from a nylon material.
