TFLEX 200 is a very soft, freestanding gap filler that is more compressible than most gap fillers. It combines good thermal conductivity with high compressibility to produce low thermal resistance. It is electrically insulating, and is naturally tacky so does not require additional adhesive coating that can inhibit thermal performance.
