Status SEM1600/F Pulse and Frequency Signal Conditioner

A smart, powered conditioner that accepts all common process pulse signals and operates in single or dual channel mode (plus excitation). When operated in single channel mode, the discrete input can be programmed to perform functions such as total and batch counter reset, latched relay reset, and counter direction. A volt free contact is provided that is capable of operating either as a relay, latched relay or pulsed relay.

The output is either voltage, bipolar voltage or active/passive current re-transmission signal. A USB port is present for the purposes of configuration (using a simple to use, free software configuration tool). The unit is typically used in applications such as measure flow or batch counting.
