This kit is based around the Altivar 12 variable-frequency drive that is designed to control the speed of asynchronous AC motors. Features such as ease of installation and commissioning, compact size and a comprehensive set of integrated functions make this unit particularly suitable for tasks involving simple industrial machines in applications such as handling and packaging machinery, pumps and fans, vending machinery, etc.

The kit comes with an ATV12HO18M2 variable speed drive, USB programming cable, CD containing extensive software and documentation.
