The Raspberry Pi SC1220 HQ Camera is built around a 12.3-megapixel Sony IMX477R sensor, featuring a 7.9 mm diagonal, back-illuminated architecture that delivers exceptional low-light sensitivity and superior image quality compared to earlier modules.
It interfaces via a 200 mm CSI ribbon cable compatible with Raspberry Pi boards from the original Pi through the latest models, and is designed with a milled aluminium lens mount that includes an adjustable focus ring and a standard ¼″‑20 tripod thread.
Designed for versatility, the HQ Camera supports interchangeable lenses in both C- and CS‑mount formats, with a C‑ to CS‑mount adapter included, and can accommodate alternative optics using third-party M12 or other lens adapters.
