This mini acceleration datalogger is in the form of a battery-powered USB stick, so no cables are required to retrieve the data. The sensor, memory and battery are all enclosed in a single unit so no additional hardware is required.
The logger records acceleration in all 3 axes simultaneously, at a sample rate of 50 or 200 samples per second, up to 6144 samples per axis.
Operate in just 3 easy steps: 1. Insert the data logger into the computer and launch the software to configure the data logger - i.e. set the frequency of the readings. 2. Remove the data logger from the computer and place it where readings are required. 3. Insert the data logger into the computer to download the data when required.
