Ohmite AG10J22KE 22K 5% 10W Audio Gold Wirewound Axial Resistor

This 22K resistor is from the Audio Gold family of axial wirewound power resistors that are specifically designed for high-end loudspeaker and amplifier applications. The resistor is constructed using a high quality resistance wire that is wound on a ceramic core encased in a flameproof Centohm® coating. To maximise performance the resistor has been carefully engineered with non-magnetic materials that eliminate the effects of stray magnetic fields on circuit performance, simplifying shielding requirements and improving sound quality. Also suitable for use in cross-over networks and as source, emitter, or cathode resistors in balancing applications for output transducers.
