The 17.2 professional torch is a heavier, longer bodied flashlight that is designed for the rigours of constant, intense use. The torch uses 3x D cells to produce a prodigious light output and over 400m beam length with an operating life of up to 300 hours. A dynamic switch is in place to switch the differing power levels and is well designed so it can be operated by a gloved hand. An advanced speed focusing system allows the torch beam to be adjusted, using just one hand, from a tight focused spot to a well-defined flood.
