A 150W Ø35 x 30mm high quality nozzle heater that uses Mica in its construction to give high dielectric strength and maximum heat transfer. The heater has full width, low-expansion straps and is especially treated to resist oxidisation and enhance thermal conductivity. The high performance precision wound element give superior heat distribution up to the maximum temperature of +300°C. Suitable for a wide range of applications that include plastic process machinery, injection/blow moulding, rubber moulding, test equipment, food processing, etc.
