Cliff OD 6680 Cliffume® SFE/1 Compact Fume Extractor

The Cliffume SFE/1 compact, bench-top, fume extractor is primarily intended to be used close to hand-soldering stations, where it can reduce smoke solids and direct fumes away from the operator.

The SFE/1 contains a filter made from reticulated foam filled with activated charcoal and will absorb particles down to about five microns in size. The filters can be easily changed and are priced cost-effectively.

• Also ideal for adhesives with unpleasant odours
• For best performance, the SFE/1 should be placed close to the source of fumes; usually 10 to 20cm
• Optimum position can be found by watching the flow of smoke
• Stand is designed to hold the fan at an angle which maximises smoke collection
• Filters should be replaced when visibly soiled or when fume collection is reduced
