The ATP TL-4 has been precision engineered to work under all conditions. The ATP TL-4 needs no batteries for operation and can withstand even the roughest handling. The easily read digits are shown in white on a black background.

The ATP TL-4 is easy to operate, just push down the button to register the count. The ATP TL-4 can register counts from 0 to 9999. The counter is easily reset by turning the knob on the right of the counter in a clockwise direction. The ATP TL-4 has been ergonomically designed to fit snugly in to the palm of hand.
