The A28-400-F48 is designed to give the highest possible performance from a brushed DC motor.
Using rare-earth neodymium magnets and with a nominal voltage of 48V, these motors have a massive peak power of 9.1hp making them the ultimate choice for heavyweight robotics, motorised vehicles and automation applications. They are fitted with a fan and are drilled with vent holes to allow flow-through cooling which allows longer duty cycles and even higher power outputs.
The motor is mounted using 8-32 thread screws (not included).
A 9-tooth sprocket and key, order code 37-0289, suitable for the motor shaft, is available separately.
