The Scotch® water-resistant sealing tape is used to seal dripping taps, screw threads and valves safely and quickly. The non-adhesive PTFE tape is particularly thin and is also ideal for fine threads. The application is very simple: Clean the surfaces before use, wind the tape tightly around the pipe in the direction of the thread, cut it off and screw it together. During the screwing process, the tape is pressed tightly around the individual threads. The sealing tape is intended for single use, the thread must not be turned back. It is water and airtight and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar. The packaging contains a roll of white, water-resistant sealing tape in dimensions 12 mm x 12 m.
