Xytronic 498 Wrist Strap System Tester

Checks wrist straps and ground cords, as well as the contact resistance between wrist strap and skin.

• Simply connect the tester to the ground cord of the wrist strap assembly and press the finger pad
• If the wrist strap and ground cord are working properly the green 'GOOD' lamp lights and an audible signal will be heard
• A red 'HIGH' lamp, with no audible signal, indicates a loose contact between wrist band and skin
• A red 'LOW' lamp, with no audible signal, indicates a faulty ground cord resistor
