The infrared beam kit from Velleman will produce an IR light beam that can be used to monitor a doorway, a pathway, an area etc. For the arrival or presence of a person or object.


  • When the light beam is interrupted the kit makes an audible noise (85dB)
  • Uses an IR transmitter emitter to project a beam of infrared light to an IR receiver detector
  • Ideal for home security
