The unit plugs into a 13A
socket. It can be instantly cancelled or reset and the 1/4hr LED flashes a
warning of time out.
The TGBT5 is a simple ‘ready to use’ solution for anything from warming up a
room to regulating how long the kids spend on their games consoles. Simply press
the button to increase the ON time for up to 2 hours.
The TGBT5 is a boost timer giving a range of boost times from 1hr to 4hrs
covering the majority of requirements for heating, ventilation and lighting (a
light switch may be replaced by this unit if a neutral is available).
The unit fits on a single gang wall box, flush or surface, 25mm deep and
above. It can be instantly cancelled or reset, the LEDs flash to give a warning
of time out. A blanking plate can be removed to allow an appliance cord to
outlet from the lower front.
The unit is designed to replace an existing single gang connection unit,
socket outlet or fixed appliance outlet. The unit is capable of forming part of
a ring main (the terminals can accept 2 x 2.5mm sq. cables) or terminating a
spur off the ring main. The unit requires a minimum depth of 25mm within the
box.
