This switch is from the Preventa XCS series of safety limit switches. The industrial grade switch has a metal body that will perform well with extended use. The single cable entry gives good access to terminals, making installation and maintenance quick and simple.

The switch provides protection of operators and machinery by controlling the safe opening and interlocking of guards and covers by stopping the machine when the actuator attached to the machine guard is withdrawn from the head of the switch.
