A 3A 3.3V fixed voltage step-down (Buck) switching voltage regulator in a surface mounting TO-263 case. The device is suitable for a wide range of applications such as LCD monitors, ADD-ON cards, pre-regulators and positive to negative converters (Buck-Boost).
