Q. 'Was just about to order a selection of these Alpha rotary encoders then noticed "Clockwise rotation" in the product details. It states this within descriptions of every type of Alpha encoder that you stock. I've never come across rotary encoders that will only function in one direction before so I'm curious if this is actually correct. Many thanks.
A. Hi Dave, thank you for your question. We have physically tried to turn one and it will turn in both directions. It is continuously rotates and does not have any end stops.
