The StarTech.com PCI300WN2X2 Wireless-N PCI Card adds high speed 802.11n network connectivity to almost any PCI-enabled desktop/workstation PC. Using a 2T2R (2 x Transmitter/2 x Receiver) design at 2.4GHz, the card supports 300Mbps data bandwidth over an 802.11n network, while providing optimal signal reception and range.
The wireless adaptor is backward compatible with 802.11b/g networks (11/54Mbps), and supports standard and advanced security options such as WEP, WPA and WPA2. It also supports wireless Quality of Service (QoS) and quick and easy setup through WPS.
A low-profile adaptor is also included, which enables it to be installed as a half-height PCI card that's suitable for Small Form Factor computers.
