Olimex USB-ISO USB 1000V Isolator full Speed 1000VDC

The Olimex USB-ISO adaptor protects host computers from high voltages on target systems with up to 1000V DC of isolation, ESD, short circuit and over-voltage protection. On one side is a USB B socket for the host connection and on the other is a USB A socket for connecting to the target. Targets can be powered by the host USB via a DC-DC converter which maintains the isolation. If required there is an external power supply socket which accepts 8 to 15V DC and supplies the target with 5V and is isolated from the host system.
