Murata SCA61T-FA1H1G-004 1 Axis ±90° ±1g 5V Inclinometer

This sensor is an instrumentation grade, 3D-MEMS-based single axis inclinometer that is designed for high accuracy levelling applications. The sensor exhibits low temperature dependency and has high resolution and low noise performance. The over damped sensing element enables the sensor to be insensitive to vibration, being able to withstand shocks of 20,000G. A ratiometric analog voltage output makes signal processing simple and there is a digital SPI inclination and temperature output. Ideal for platform levelling and stabilisation, levelling instruments, acceleration and motion measurement, etc.
