Murata SCA100T-D02 Dual Axis ±90° 5v Inclinometer

This sensor is a 3D-MEMS-based dual axis inclinometer with instrumentation-grade performance. The measuring axes of the sensing elements are parallel to the mounting plane and orthagonal to each other. Additional features include low temperature dependency, high resolution, low noise and a robust sensing element design. The damped sensing elements make the sensor insensitive to vibration and it can withstand mechanical shocks of up to 20,000G. Suitable for applications such as: platform levelling and stabilisation, 360° vertical orientation measurement, levelling instruments, construction levels, etc.
