Microtherm TS3-85-B3 85°C Horizontal TO18 Thermal MOXIE NTC Sensor

This 85° solid state MOXIE thermal sensor is a variable resistance device that comprises an NTC thermistor with highly specific transition regions. When the sensor heats up the normally high resistance falls rapidly once the transition temperature has been reached. On cooling, the devices revert back to the original high resistance, low hysteresis.

suitable applications for these devices include: temperature protection sensors, control and limiting voltage, current and frequency limiters.
