Q. How do I open the box to change the batteries?
A. Hi Anne-Laure, thank you for your question. The front of this chime comes off: this is easier to do when the back of the unit is attached to a wall, it should just unclip.

Q. Does this product come supplied with a bell push? And if so, how is the bell push fixed on to the door? Thank you.
A. Hi Ros. Thank you for your question. The door bell is not supplied with the unit but a wired version will be required for use with this, something like 23-5740.

Q. can i adjust the volume on my 117 door chime?
A. Thanks for your enquiry Andrew. This does not appear to be volume adjustable so it may be worth adding a power transformer for a more constant sound if the batteries fail regularly.
