Q. What happens when the SD card is full. Does it overwrite the previous recordings each time as a continuous process or do you have to put in a new card every time it's full
A. Hi John, thank you for your question. When the SD card is full, it will overwrite the earliest file stored. Please see manual page 18.
Q. How is the camera powered
A. Hi. Thank you for your question. The camera is supplied via a 12v mains adaptor which is supplied. This can be plugged any socket near where the camera is situated. The video signal is transmitted wirelessly to the recorder.
Q. how do we see the pictures/videos that the camera has filmed, do we download onto a laptop? does the package come with the software to do this? also if the wireless system does not work effectively ( as we are in a particularly bad area for wireless internet etc) are we able to return for a full refund?, thanks
A. Hi Matt, thanks for your question. The DVR-receiver plugs into your TV and the pictures are viewed on TV. There is no need for a wireless internet connection.
Q. does this product have sound record on it.
A. Thanks for your enquiry Claire. This product only records video.
