P&E's USB Power Architecture Nexus Multilink is an easy-to-use debug and programming interface for Freescale's Power Architecture MPC55xx line of microprocessors. The USB Power Architecture Nexus Multilink is a mem­ber of P&E's family of USB Multilinks, which allow the PC to communicate with a target processor through the USB port of the PC. The Multilink controls the microprocessor by accessing the JTAG/NEXUS port of the target.
