Freescale TRK-USB-S12G128 Starter Kit for MC9S12G

On a chip-level the TRK-USB-S12G128 features an S12 CPU core, up to 240 Kbyte on-chip flash with ECC, up to 4 Kbyte EEPROM with ECC and up to 11 Kbyte on-chip SRAM. It also offers a Phase locked loop (IPLL) frequency multiplier with internal filter, 4 to 16 MHz amplitude controlled Pierce oscillator, 1 MHz internal RC oscillator and timer module (TIM) supporting.
